Essential Space, LLC. is owned and operated by Amanda Marks. Formerly from Oak Park, Illinois, an urban suburb of Chicago, Amanda has a love of historical architecture and architectural elements.
Amanda attended and graduated from Indiana University, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, her concentration was in Real Estate Finance. Her internship was with Grubb & Ellis in commercial Real Estate in Downtown Chicago.
After several years in banking, human resouces and compensation and benefits consulting, she retired to raise 3 young children. Amanda and her husband, Dave have resided in Austin for 16 years.
Essential Space, LLC. was created in January 2011 to assist Sellers in preparing their homes for sale. Essential Space has been hired by many local successful realtors as well as Sellers seeking to maximize their investment.
